
Growing up, Pot Roast was one of my absolute favorite meals. It was like my mom’s go-to dish on Sundays. Recently, I realized that I hadn’t made this dish for my own little family. So I called my mom, got the recipe and went to town! Yall, it came out SO GOOD lol!! The meat was seasoned to perfection and cooking it in my Instant Pot Duo Plus 8 Quart 9-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker made the roast super tender!

Instant Pot Chuck Roast
Equipment
- Pressure Cooker
- Cutting Board
- Knives
Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Chuck Shoulder Roast
- 1 tbsp Accent Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Montreal Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 cup Diced Yellow Onion
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
Instructions
- Season all sides of the meat with the Accent Seasoning, Garlic Power and Montreal Seasoning and rub in to wake up the flavors
- Pour the water, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, yellow onion and baby carrots in the pressure cooker
- Carefully place in the meat, as you don't want to wash off your seasonings
- Close the pressure cooker and set to "pressure cook" at 1 hr 20 min
- Once the pressure is safely released, remove the meat and serve. Enjoy!
